Images drift in and out again. When were you in that town, the one with the fungal walls? And is it from the same story that involved the Bishop? Or the story about the frog-creature? That one, you were sure, was an exaggeration, a legend, but then why do you associate it so strongly with the smell of sizzling butter?
The reverie dissolves, some unknown number of minutes later. There is work to do.
