Background

Cold soul flaw is one of the 7 failings of the soul the captain can obtain while exploring the Sunless Skies. This soul flaw, like all the other flaws, can be cured in Carillon.

Obtaining

The Cold soul flaw can be obtained by:

• Finding Lord Langley at Langley Hall, and denying his initial request. Alternately, after bringing a candidate to him, when he asks if you are sure, say 'No'.
• Several actions in Piranesi which ignore the prisoners
• When wandering the courtyard, choosing to walk on when you have the opportunity to help a soul at The Forge of Souls.

Curing

The Cold soul flaw can be cured at the Stunted Grove in Carillon. A cure requires 3 Penance and will award the captain 500 Experience as well as 1 Visions of the Heavens and 4 Sky-stories.

Trivia

• It's possible the total number of Soul flaws (7), as well as the total number of floors in the Carillon (7) is intentionally corresponding to the number of 7 mortal sins. Cold likely corresponds to the sin of Wrath.
