Effects[]

The value of this quality determines which items the Phlegmatic Researcher wishes you to bring to him, and whether you will receive Sovereigns in exchange.

When you obtain a certain (currently unknown) value of Progress of the Phlegmatic Researcher's Studies, an event will trigger and Experiments Sanctioned by the Company will increase to the next stage. Different items will then be required.

Once this value reaches 4, it will no longer increase. All items will then be available to collect and hand in to the Researcher, but Sovereigns will no longer be gained for it.
