Your only memories are of acid flashes of claw, the echo of clacking noise, and the scraping of mandibles being forced down into your throat. The creature does not take a pound of flesh. Nothing so merciful. Something far deeper has been extracted in partial payment, leaving only nightmares to fill the void.
